Description
The Courteney Selous is the top of the range – a field-proven boot worn by safari guides, rangers, researchers and photographers working across Africa’s most demanding terrain. Named after Frederick Courteney Selous, the legendary adventurer whose life inspired the character Allan Quatermain, this boot is built for endurance, comfort and quiet strength.
Made from full-grain Buffalo leather in Courteney’s signature two-tone combination, the Selous features a soft Impala collar, full bellows tongue, speed lacing and antiqued brass fittings. Designed to protect against dust and thorns, while offering long-distance comfort under load.
Each pair is handmade in Zimbabwe, individually serial numbered, and supplied with its own travelling gear: the Courteney Chronicle tote sack, branded duster and butler’s kit with polish, brush and spare laces.
