More about this footwear

Description

The Courteney Selous in dark brown Buffalo leather is a full-height boot designed for demanding environments. Worn by safari guides, rangers and conservationists across Southern Africa, it offers quiet durability, ankle support and long-distance comfort under load.

Named after Frederick Courteney Selous — hunter, naturalist and inspiration for the fictional Allan Quatermain — this boot combines heritage with performance. It features full-grain Buffalo leather, a soft Impala collar, full bellows tongue, speed lacing and antiqued brass hardware.

Each pair is handmade in Zimbabwe, individually serial numbered, and supplied with its own Courteney Chronicle tote sack, duster and butler’s kit containing polish, brush and spare laces.

Available in dark brown Buffalo leather. Tyre grip sole standard; ripple sole available on request.
